The Forest Bathing Experience
Begin with dry brushing and a deeply relaxing massage. Next, a billowy steam tent is lowered over the table (your head remains out of the tent). Herbal infused steam fills the tent to warm and relax the body, open the pores and detoxify. Meanwhile, your head remains cool as you receive a facial gua sha massage with our Blue Sapphire Facial Oil and cool jade stones. A soothing head massage completes your treatment.

Next, an application of our professional-strength Coconut Lactic Peel melts away dull, dead skin while you melt into bliss with a relaxing foot and scalp massage. We finish your treatment with deep full body hydration using our Coconut scented Deep Tissue Massage Butter. Your practitioner will choose a facial serum and moisturizer for your unique skin to leave you glowing and protected.

Extra Neck & Shoulder Massage

Feeling stressed out lately? We hold a lot of tension in the muscles of our face, neck and head, which can lead to soreness, headaches and brain fog. This is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It also aims to rebalance your body’s energies. The therapist applies a little herbal infused oil to the scalp and uses a range of different movements including kneading, stroking and compression movements over the neck, shoulders and scalp. Gentle rhythmic facial massage releases facial tension.

Cupping

Cupping uses negative pressure to break up adhesions, soften connective tissues, induce relaxation, and, most importantly, relieve pain. This ancient therapeutic tool increases circulation and releases toxic build-up in impacted areas.
